By accessing or using e-Trishul, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the App.

e-Trishul is a security and analysis application designed to scan, analyze, and assess applications, files, and device behavior for potential security risks, threats, or suspicious activities. The App is intended for lawful and ethical use only.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
• By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

By using e-Trishul, you agree:

• To use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not to misuse, abuse, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to exploit the App or its services.
• Not to use the App for hacking, spying, stalking, surveillance, or any illegal activity.
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the App or its servers.

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

To provide its core functionality, e-Trishul may request permissions such as:

• Access to installed applications (Query All Packages)
• Usage access
• Storage / file access

While e-Trishul aims to identify and report security risks, malware, or suspicious activities, we do not guarantee that:

• All threats will be detected
• The App will prevent all security breaches
• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

You acknowledge that security tools are supportive in nature and should not be considered as a substitute for professional security practices or judgment.

All content, design, logos, text, graphics, source code, and features within e-Trishul are the intellectual property of e-Trishul or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

The App may use third-party libraries, SDKs, or services for security analysis, analytics, or performance enhancement. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• e-Trishul shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
• This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device damage, financial loss, or legal issues arising from misuse of the App.

You use the App at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless e-Trishul, its developers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time
• Restrict or disable features without prior notice
• Take legal action in case of misuse or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These terms apply to paid assistance requested through the Digital Rakshak website (digitalrakshak.org):

• Registration fee (₹199): charged to register and assess a request. It is non-refundable, except for duplicate charges or a payment deducted without the request being registered.
• Service charges: any further assistance is quoted separately and begins only after you accept and pay the estimate. If your case is not closed or not successful, up to 50% of the service charge paid may be refunded, depending on the work already completed.
• Payment does not guarantee any outcome. Decisions remain with the relevant platform, bank and competent authorities.

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on our official platform. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
